Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER)
Currently, Charleston County receives Community Development Block Grant, HOME and Emergency Shelter Grant funds through the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) office in order to address our community's low-to-moderate income needs. Every year, the County publishes a Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) that provides an overview of the project status, performance measures and fiscal expenditures for the HUD funds. The CAPER is posted annually for public comment during the month of September in accordance with the Citizen Participation Plan.
