Karen L Hollings is a solution - oriented professional offering a strong balance between business savvy and creative capabilities with numerous years of experience contributing to advance performance in the Charleston County legal and real estate communities. She has worked in diverse organizations, agencies and businesses in the private and public sectors.

With broad experience in real estate and the legal communities, Ms. Hollings’ expertise includes working in the mortgage banking industry, commercial and residential property management, real estate title abstracting, and paralegal positions in the public and private sectors. She has 20+ years of service with Charleston County in the Register of Deeds Office and in the Office of Judge Louis Condon, Master in Equity.

Karen is a resident of Charleston County and currently resides in Mount Pleasant, SC. She was raised on the Isle of Palms by her father, Richard, who served in the Armed Forces, and her mother, Ann, who worked at Belk’s Department Store for over 30 years. She is self-professed “foodie”, has a keen interest in cooking, and loves to entertain for and with family and friends. In her free time, she can be found searching for new recipes, cooking up a storm, or helping friends.
