Positive Feedback:

The Consolidated 9-1-1 Center wants to hear from you! Please provide us with any positive feedback you may have experienced while using our services. This includes but is not limited to the citizens of Charleston County and any surrounding areas and members of Public Safety Agencies.

Suggestion:

The Charleston County Consolidated 9-1-1 Center strives at providing the best services to the citizens of Charleston County and Public Safety Agencies. If you have a suggestion on ways we can improve on these services, please let us know.

Concern:

In the normal course of public safety communications, actions of employees of the Department can become the center of citizen and public safety agency criticism. Citizens and public safety agency employees who have a concern are encouraged to notify the Department. As many citizen concerns are procedural misunderstandings between themselves and the Department's employees, it is imperative the concern be reviewed by the Department and an attempt made to reinstitute proper citizen/employee relations.

Complaint Procedures:

In the event you wish to notify the Charleston County Consolidated 9-1-1 Center of a formal complaint, you may do so by filling out the Feedback Form or by contacting 843-743-7200. Calls received in which a complaint is made will be forwarded to a Supervisor for documentation and review. The complainant will be notified of the receipt of their complaint and the process of the review. All complaints will be thoroughly reviewed and the conclusion of the facts and findings determined. Once the investigation is complete, the Deputy Director will notify the complainant and provide a general description of the findings.
